We’re back at the lux marina (The Marina at Emerald Bay) on the cheap dock to wait out another blow. We were supposed to leave yesterday but decided to stay because weather reports said an even bigger blow was supposed to hit at 4am this morning. We woke up this morning and the weather is perfect so Lawson is trying to get scoop – and a rental car. All were taken yesterday and probably 30+ boats came into the marina to escape the blow so the wonderful lux perks are being shared with countless others. The free food at happy hour was gone by the time we got there. April and I almost napped through it. T and Lawson were there and T met lots of kids. Unfortunately, while he was trying to show off one of his Kung Fu moves, he fell and somehow scraped his face up good.

Just got scoop from April back from the clubhouse – the blow is coming in later than expected. Actually as I’m sitting here it’s starting to blow pretty hard. I think we are able to get a car though, so we’re going to explore more of the Exumas by land and maybe even get lodging somehere. April leaves Friday so we want to get some more adventures in. Will write more about what we’ve been doing later –  – it’s really starting to blow!
